Junior Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities

• The Engine Room (AP/AR): Own the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable workflows. You’ll ensure vendors are paid on time and keep our cash flow healthy by managing incoming payments.
• QuickBooks Mastery: Maintain accurate, up-to-the-minute financial records. You’ll be our internal expert on keeping the books clean and organized.
• Executive Support: Assist the COO with financial reporting, data analysis, and special projects that drive HudMed’s strategic goals.
• Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and suggest ways to make our financial processes faster and smarter.

What You Bring to the Table

• Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Recent grads are highly encouraged to apply!).
• The Tech: Familiarity with QuickBooks (or a massive willingness to become an expert quickly) and proficiency in Excel.
• The Hustle: You are "hungry." You don't wait to be told what to do; you look for ways to be helpful.
• Precision: You find the "needle in the haystack" when a balance sheet doesn't add up.
• Ambition: You want to learn the why behind the numbers and grow into a leadership role as the company scales.
