Amer Cunningham Co., L.P.A. is looking for a skilled and experienced Business Lawyer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle corporate matters, advise management on legal risks, and manage transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various business contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise on corporate governance, intellectual property.
• Manage corporate restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active attorney license to practice in Ohio.
• Proven 3-5 years of experience in corporate or business law.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
