Business Manager

We are looking to hire a Shop Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of our team. Our ideal shop manager is someone with a passion for the ocean and outdoor adventure sports. Our dream manager should have a history in management and the passion to make Sealand Adventure Sports great!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design of Sealand Adventure Sports merchandise, marketing and more
• Create forward thinking business plans and concepts
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
• Manage records and information
• Plan and maintain work facilities
• Provide administrative assistance to ownership
• Perform other tasks (replenish office supplies, manage rentals, pickup, delivery and more.)
