In-House Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)

Fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking an In-House Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation, community outreach, and brand visibility. This hybrid role blends digital strategy with boots-on-the-ground marketing and social media execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury lead-generation campaigns (Google Ads, LSAs, paid social)
• Track and optimize cost per lead, signed cases, and ROI
• Execute boots-on-the-ground marketing (community events, referral relationships, firm presence)
• Manage and create content for social media platforms (posts, stories, short-form video)
• Collaborate with intake team to improve lead quality and conversion
• Coordinate website content, SEO efforts, and online reputation
• Ensure compliance with legal advertising rules

Qualifications

• 2+ years of marketing experience (law firm or Personal Injury preferred)
• Experience with digital ads, social media management, and analytics
• Comfortable representing the firm at community or networking events
• Strong communication and organizational skills
