We are seeking a Director or Senior Relationship Manager to join our VersaBank USA N.A. Structured Finance Team. We are hiring for 1 position, however cross posting in the Greater Miami Florida Area, Greater Minneapolis Minnesota Area, and London Ontario Canada.
In this role, you will drive the stability and growth of the Banks high-performing product offerings within the US Structured Finance Program. You will leverage your strong client relationship skills and industry knowledge to originate, structure, underwrite, and manage complex receivable financing programs. This is not a traditional relationship manager role, you will have direct involvement in credit structuring, transaction execution, and portfolio performance monitoring, working on custom solutions for existing partners and new prospects.
