Join Revere Medical as the Senior Medical Director in Nashville, TN
This role will include three days of Primary Care clinical time and two days of administrative time (one day for clinic responsibilities and one day for Senior Medical Director role) The time allocation can be adjusted by Regional Chief Medical Officer to fit market needs.

The Senior Medical Director will be responsible for partnering with both local and enterprise physician leaders to ensure the clinical model consistently delivers improved patient outcomes and supports an exceptional patient and provider experience. This role will be expected to continually enhance and expand physician leadership capabilities to develop and support an aligned, mission-focused provider base. To deliver on this expectation, the Senior Medical Director will work closely with physicians to ensure training and education, governance, and additional development capabilities are optimized and focused on enabling physicians to deliver the best possible care for patients. Additionally, the Senior Medical Director will be responsible for external communication and support of the model, including educating prospective partners on the overall clinical value of the model.
