About the Role
Join Filta, the leader in kitchen sustainability. We are hiring an Overnight Service Technician to launch our FiltaClean service in Bridgeview. You will use industrial-strength steam technology to provide deep-sanitization for commercial kitchens. During the initial ramp-up phase, you will also be cross-trained in our traditional fryer filtration (FiltaFry) duties to ensure a full, consistent schedule.
What Youll Be Doing

  • Steam Sanitization: Using powerful, eco-friendly steam equipment to blast away grease and bacteria from kitchen surfaces and equipment.
  • Deep Cleaning: Restoring kitchens to "health-inspection ready" standards without the use of harsh chemicals.
  • Fryer Management: During the ramp-up period, you will also perform mobile oil filtration and fryer vacuuming at client sites.
  • Independent Routes: Managing your tasks autonomously across restaurants, hospitals, and universities while they are closed.
What Were Looking For

  • Night Owls: You thrive on a graveyard shift (7 PM 5 AM).
  • Physical Stamina: This is a manual role requiring heavy lifting, bending, and staying active.
  • Reliability: You are dependable and can be trusted to work independently at client sites.
  • Compliance: Valid drivers license and the ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
Why Join Filta?

  • Technical Training: We provide full, paid training on our specialized steam and filtration equipment.
  • Stability: Work for a global brand with a recession-proof service model.
