This is a field-based role focused on building referral relationships and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, networking, and driving growth through meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral sources
- Generate and close new leads
- Conduct outreach including cold calling and networking
- Plan and attend community events
- Track performance and submit weekly reports
- Manage your own schedule and territory
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Excellent time management and organization
- Confident communicator with public speaking ability
- Results-oriented, assertive, and competitive
- Ability to handle rejection professionally
- Sales/marketing experience or marketing degree
- Healthcare experience is a plus (not required)
- Valid drivers license (mileage reimbursed)
- Full-time availability
