Position Summary

Spectrum CMI is seeking a motivated individual whose primary role is to generate new business. This role focuses on finding opportunities, building relationships, and helping the company win construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Find and pursue new project opportunities
• Reach out to contractors and potential clients for construction management & inspection services
• Build relationships that lead to new work
• Help with proposals when needed
• Keep a list of leads and report progress
