Job summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Pharma Domain Business Expert to support a one of our pharmaceutical clients. This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in life sciences marketing data, HCP analytics, and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate understands how the US pharma marketing ecosystem works from a data perspective and can support business needs across HCP360 and the Marketing Data Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with ESQL, SQL, Data Modeling, and ETL Pipelines
• Expertise in Pharma/Life Sciences Marketing Data and Commercial Operations
• Experience with Patient-Level Data (PLD), Aggregate Marketing Data, and HCP Data
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as AWS and Databricks
• Knowledge of HIPAA, NAI Guidelines, and Pharma Compliance Standards
• Manage end-to-end data enablement for pharma marketing programs
• Handle ingestion, normalization, and delivery of Patient-Level Data (PLD)
• Define data standards and governance for marketing datasets from US pharma vendors
• Support HCP360 onboarding, integration, and business data consumption
• Manage Marketing Data Hub architecture, data flows, and roadmap
• Map HCP engagement data from media vendors into unified HCP profiles
• Translate business requirements into technical data specifications
• Collaborate with analytics teams for attribution, reach, and frequency reporting

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences Marketing Data or Analytics
• Strong understanding of Patient-Level Data (PLD), privacy, safe harbor, and downstream analytics
• Experience with aggregate media marketing data (impressions, reach, frequency, NPI-level engagement)
• Experience with Marketing Data Hub platforms
• Knowledge of HCP master data including NPI, specialty, affiliations, and prescribing behavior
• Familiarity with AWS/Databricks environments
• Strong understanding of pharma compliance and data governance
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior HCP360 implementation experience
• Experience with identity resolution and HCP deduplication
• Knowledge of Closed-Loop Marketing (CLM) and rep digital integration
• Experience working in Agile SAFe environments
