Digital Marketing Specialist

Colonial Enterprises is seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand presence, generate leads, and support multiple areas of the business through digital marketing initiatives. This role will focus on social media management, content creation, online advertising, website updates, and overall brand awareness.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced in creating engaging marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.

• Manage and grow company social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create and schedule engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and promotional posts
• Monitor and respond to social media messages, comments, and online reviews
• Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns through platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Update and maintain company websites with current content, promotions, and project photos
• Track marketing performance metrics and provide monthly reports on lead generation and campaign effectiveness
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
• Assist with branding, promotional materials, and community marketing efforts
• Capture and edit photo/video content from completed projects, events, and job sites
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

• Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business, and digital advertising platforms
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design/editing tools preferred
• Basic knowledge of website management platforms such as WordPress or similar systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Photography and video editing experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
