About the Role
Terra Labor is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive new business and manage the sales process from qualified lead to signed contract. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in B2B service sales and values long-term client relationships.
What Youll Be Doing
- Manage the full sales cycle from presentation through contract execution
- Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on retention
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic accounts
- Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and contract terms
- Execute closing strategies and finalize agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and service delivery
- Track pipeline activity and performance using CRM tools
- Travel regularly (5070%) to meet clients
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years of B2B service sales experience
- Proven ability to close deals and build relationships
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) required
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a client-facing role
