About Madison Honda Madison Honda, one of New Jersey's most successful Honda dealerships, is seeking dedicated Business Development Representatives (BDC) to join our Internet Sales team. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $115,000 annually, plus a $1,000 signing bonus. Job Details Salary: $70,000 to $115,000 per year Job Type: Full-Time Location: Madison, NJ 07940 Position Overview As a BDC Representative, you will manage incoming phone calls and internet leads, confirm sales appointments, and conduct long-term follow-up with unsold customers from various sources including internet leads, showroom visits, and phone inquiries. Your goal will be to nurture strong customer relationships and generate repeat business by ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their ownership experience. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and current customers Record all customer comments and interactions accurately in the system Schedule and confirm sales appointments, including rescheduling no-show customers Follow up with the sales team to verify appointment outcomes Maintain and update customer information within the database Execute contact strategies based on marketing initiatives Respond promptly to customer website inquiries Engage internet customers via email, phone, and text to schedule appointments following a set timeline Notify appropriate departments when appointments are booked Assist with additional tasks as assigned to support team operations Work Environment Madison Honda offers a supportive and energetic work environment where technology and customer service excellence are valued.
