As our Precision Milling Setup & Programming Lead, you’ll transform complex drawings into production-ready processes—and mentor teammates along the way.

Lead the setup and operation of vertical mills across 3-, 4-, and 5-axis platforms. Program, edit, and optimize on Fanuc controls. Create reliable fixtures and tooling plans. Program positional indexers for accurate multi-face machining. Validate every critical dimension using precision instruments. Report directly to the Shop President and set the standard for throughput and quality.

• Flawless first-article approvals followed by steady, repeatable production
• Clear machining strategies derived from blueprints with GD&T
• Fast, accurate changeovers that keep schedules on track
• Strong collaboration in a team-centric environment

• 5+ years in CNC milling setups and operations
• Hands-on skill with Fanuc controls and G-code/M-code edits
• Ability to program and utilize positional indexers
• Expert use of precision measuring instruments and gages
• Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and precision
