We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Preventive Maintenance Technician to support our military community. This role focuses on preventive maintenance, HVAC duct cleaning experience a must, and maintaining clean, safe, and comfortable living environments for residents. Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance throughout apartment homes and common areas.
Conduct HVAC duct cleaning, vent cleaning, and filter replacement in occupied and vacant units.
Inspect HVAC systems and report repair needs to the maintenance supervisor.
Assist with unit turns, make-readies, and seasonal maintenance as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of mechanical rooms and equipment.
Respond to maintenance requests in a professional, resident-friendly manner.
Complete work orders and preventive maintenance logs accurately.
Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to participate in a rotating on call schedule.
Duct cleaning or HVAC maintenance experience strongly preferred.
General knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong customer service skills and professionalism with residents.
Valid drivers license.
Must be able to work overtime on occasion.
Must be able to assist with snow removal on occasion.
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
