This is a pure business development position focused on generating new relationships and expanding our footprint.
You will represent a company that already delivers:
- Paving
- Sealcoating
- Sweeping
- Full pavement maintenance solutions
Your role is to make sure the right people in Reno know it.
Your Mission
You will take ownership of building relationships with key decision-makers across the Reno market, including:
- General Contractors
- Commercial Property Managers
- Facility Managers
- Developers
This includes:
- Proactive outreach (calls, visits, networking)
- Introducing our services to new accounts
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Consistent follow-up to create opportunities
Your focus: build and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Our estimating and operations teams will handle executionso you can stay focused on growth.
Territory Ownership
You will take ownership of the Reno market and become a recognized presence within:
- Commercial property management groups
- Construction firms
- Development companies
- Facility operations teams
Success in this role means becoming the go-to contact for pavement solutions in Reno.
