This role focuses on utilizing strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and computer proficiency to engage clients, schedule appointments, and promote customer satisfaction. Training will be provided to enhance your automotive product knowledge and sales techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls promptly and follow script to schedule sales appointmentsMake outbound calls to potential customers using approved scriptsLog all customer interactions and comments accuratelySchedule and confirm appointments for sales and service departmentsReschedule appointments for no-show customersFollow up with sales or service teams to confirm appointment outcomesMaintain and update customer information in the databaseSend letters, postcards, and emails according to marketing timelines for follow-up contactRespond to customer inquiries received through the websiteContact internet customers via phone and email to schedule appointmentsNotify relevant departments when appointments are setAssist with additional duties as assignedConsistently meet or exceed monthly performance goalsWorking HoursThis is a full-time, in-person position based at our Irmo, SC location. Job Requirement:QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in phone communication or telemarketing, preferably in automotive, business development, or customer serviceFamiliarity with call scripts, power tracks, or related sales toolsProfessional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude upon first contact with customersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to initiate dialogue and communicate effectively with management and team membersStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and data entry
