Extra Hands Services, Inc. is seeking a Special Services Operations Lead to rebuild, lead, and elevate our elite mobile services team. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who excels in fast-paced environments, values accountability, and takes full ownership of outcomes-not just tasks.

This position begins with a hands-on leadership phase focused on stabilizing and rebuilding the Special Services Team. Over time, the role transitions into full operational leadership, with emphasis on planning, quality control, training, and team performance.

During the Stabilization Phase

• Lead and execute specialty cleaning and facility service projects
• Provide hands-on support while rebuilding team structure and performance
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Long-Term Operational Leadership

• Train, coach, and develop a versatile, high-performing operations team
• Oversee scheduling, project planning, and workflow management
• Ensure project profitability through efficient resource allocation
• Implement processes and systems that reduce owner involvement
• Conduct quality control inspections and ensure compliance with company standards

• 2+ years of leadership experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, maintenance, logistics, or similar industries
• Strong hands-on work ethic and willingness to lead by example
• Proven ability to train, motivate, and hold teams accountable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mobile team role)
• Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs
