HealthPlus Staffing is assisting an outpatient Functional Medicine clinic in Boca Raton, FL with their search for a Medical Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family or Internal Medicine Physician looking to expand into Functional and while stepping into a leadership role within a growing practice.

Position Overview:
• Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• Active Florida License and DEA Registration required
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
• Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Permanent position | Immediate start available
• One clinic location in Boca Raton treating patients ages 18+
• EMR: AdvancedMD
• Medical Assistants handle documentation entry for providers
• Light call schedule: approximately 1 Saturday per month
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $250,000 annually +$75,000 year-end bonus with growth potential
• Health Insurance

• Continuing education and professional development assistance
• Tuition reimbursement for Functional Medicine courses
Preferred (not required):
• Prior experience as a Medical Director or Clinical Supervisor
• Background in Functional or Integrative Medicine
