The Role

Business Development Executive – Satellite Antenna Systems & RF Payloads (Houston, TX)
Join our team to drive business growth in satellite antenna systems and RF payload technologies supporting NASA, commercial space companies, and human spaceflight programs. This role will focus on developing strategic opportunities across spacecraft antennas, RF payload subsystems, and mission-critical communications hardware. The Business Development Executive will work closely with NASA centers, prime contractors, and emerging commercial space companies. This position offers the chance to support some of the most ambitious space exploration and human spaceflight initiatives underway.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• 5-12+ years of experience in federal business development or government contracting, ideally within aerospace, defense, or mission systems.
• Proven track record leading successful captures $10M – 100M with agencies such as DoD, NASA, or the Intelligence Community.
• Expertise in DoD and IC acquisition frameworks, FAR/DFARS compliance, and federal contracting strategy.
• Strong leadership presence, executive communication skills, and ability to engage directly with senior government decision-makers.
• Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred.
