Medical Practice Administrator

Are you a Practice Administrator who is looking for an opportunity to work with a multi-location, multi-provider practice in a state-of-the-art medical office building? Healthwaze is working with a growing company in the Tampa Bay area that is seeking a Medical Practice Administrator.

This role:

• Supervises all activities and staff in each assigned location
  
• Reports directly to the President and Medical Director, so you have high visibility in the department.

• Clinical experience preferred 2 years as a Nurse
  
• Knowledge of electronic medical record system
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Ability to learn health policy and management
• Proven ability to analyze, problem-solve, adapt, delegate, and negotiate
  
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to maintain strong attention to detail and operate with a strong sense of urgency and meet deadlines.
