As a Business Development Representative with our company you will be involved in:
Setting up qualified meetings for our clients through cold outreach such as cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
Understanding our clients needs and requirements
Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Achieving weekly & monthly sales goals
Researching accounts, identifying key players, and generating interest
Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects
To be considered as a Business Development Representative you must possess the following skills:
Proven inside sales experience or willing to learn and determined to succeed in an inside sales environment
Strong phone presence and experience dialing up to 100 calls per day is a plus
Track record of hitting or exceeding goals
Experience working with Microsoft and a CRM is preferred but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A positive attitude
