Job title: Payroll and Benefits Specialist
Location: Hybrid - Lakewood, Ohio
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000
Benefits: Comprehensive package including healthcare and retirement, bonus eligibility

Key Responsibilities (Payroll and Benefits Specialist):
• Payroll Execution: Process bi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• System & Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate payroll and employee data within ADP Workforce, including pay, deductions, and benefits elections
• Reporting & Reconciliation: Prepare payroll reports, audit data for accuracy, and resolve discrepancies as needed
Preferred Qualifications (Payroll and Benefits Specialist):
• Experience: 3+ years of payroll processing experience using an HRIS/payroll system; payroll-focused background preferred over benefits-only roles
• Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills required; prior experience with ADP Workforce highly desirable
