Conquest Advisors is a boutique luxury real estate advisory firm based in New York City, specializing in high-end residential transactions and investment opportunities for both domestic and international clients. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our agents and leadership team with day-to-day marketing, branding, and digital content initiatives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

What you'll do

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for luxury listings across email, social media, and real estate portals (StreetEasy, Zillow, etc.).
• Help create and update marketing materials, including listing flyers, pitch decks, presentation templates, and property brochures.
• Draft, proofread, and optimize copy for property descriptions, email campaigns, and social media posts, aligned with the Conquest Advisors brand voice.
• Support social media content calendars, including Instagram and LinkedIn, by preparing posts, basic reels, and performance recaps.
• Maintain and organize marketing and client databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for campaigns and follow-ups.
• Conduct market and competitor research on NYC luxury real estate trends, new developments, and comparable listings to support marketing strategy.
• Assist with coordinating remote-friendly initiatives such as digital campaigns, virtual tours, and online events, including collateral and follow-up materials.
• Provide general support to senior agents and the executive team on ad hoc marketing and administrative projects as needed.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfort using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
• Interest in luxury real estate, architecture, and digital marketing, with a desire to learn how marketing supports high-end brokerage and development.
• Self-starter mindset, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) from a content or branding perspective is a plus.

Internship details

• Location: Remote, supporting our New York City–based team.
• Schedule: Part-time, approximately 15–25 hours per week; flexible hours to accommodate academic or other commitments.
• Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for hiring based on performance and business needs.
• Compensation: This is an unpaid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development in luxury real estate marketing.
