Telecom Solutions Engineer (Production Enablement)

Role Objective: We are seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to serve as the lead architect for our OSP production ecosystem. This isn't a traditional design role or a backend IT job; it is a "boots-on-the-keyboard" position focused on building the automations, GIS workflows, and data tools that power our engineering teams. You will bridge the gap between complex enterprise data and real-world fiber design, using tools like FME, Python, and ArcGIS Pro to eliminate manual bottlenecks and scale our telecommunications delivery.

"What You’ll Do"

• Build the Engine: Develop and maintain the automation workflows (FME/Python) that drive OSP engineering, permitting, and MRE.
• Bridge the Gap: Act as the translator between high-level enterprise GIS initiatives and the day-to-day needs of production design teams.
• Optimize at Scale: Identify "broken" or manual processes and replace them with scalable, automated dashboards and tracking tools.
• Innovation: Lead the integration of AI-assisted process optimization and modern telecom platforms (Katapult, IKE, Experience Builder).
