Full-Time, Hybrid-Monday-Friday -37.5 hours per week (Daytime Hours)

We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist who is passionate about developing people, improving performance, and helping our organization grow stronger from within.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assessing training needs through collaboration with leadership, staff feedback, and organizational trends
  • Designing and delivering engaging training programs that support both clinical and operational teams
  • Developing onboarding programs and materials to support new hires and internal growth
  • Creating training resources, guides, and learning materials (including e-learning content)
  • Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives
  • Managing training schedules, attendance, and documentation
  • Supporting and maintaining the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Tracking training completion, reporting on progress, and ensuring audit readiness
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improving programs
  • Communicating training updates, reminders, and opportunities across the organization

Do you enjoy helping others grow, learn, and succeed in their roles? Have you worked in training, education, or development and are ready to take that experience to a mission-driven organization? Are you someone who can take complex information and turn it into engaging, easy to understand training? Do you enjoy collaborating with leadership teams to identify gaps and create solutions?

Do you have experience designing or facilitating training, and feel comfortable using systems like Microsoft Office and learning platforms? Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus but not required.
