Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, train, and support a team of Medical Assistants
  • Oversee daily clinic workflow, staff scheduling, and operational efficiency
  • Assist with patient intake, medical histories, and electronic health record (EHR) documentation
  • Measure and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Assist providers during clinical procedures and treatments
  • Administer medications and injections under physician supervision
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation, ICD coding, and medical records
  • Order medical supplies, manage inventory, and audit invoices
  • Research vendors and recommend cost-effective supply solutions
  • Manage and monitor access to controlled clinical areas, including pharmacy-related access
  • Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, safety standards, and patient care procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, and medication administration
  • Experience with EHR systems and medical administrative functions
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and patient service skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus:
  • Dermatology
  • Internal Medicine
  • Emergency Medicine
  • Hospital Medicine
  • Anti-Aging or Wellness Practices
