What You’ll Do

You’ll help create a positive, welcoming experience for every patient while supporting providers with both clinical and administrative care.

Patient Care & Support
  • Welcome patients and escort them to exam rooms
  • Help patients feel comfortable and informed during visits
  • Provide a positive experience from check-in to discharge
Clinical Responsibilities
  • Record vital signs and update patient information in the EHR
  • Document symptoms, medical history, and provider notes
  • Assist physicians during exams and procedures
  • Administer injections, vaccines, and treatments as directed
Diagnostics & Coordination
  • Perform blood draws and collect lab specimens
  • Schedule follow-up visits and support continuity of care
  • Help patients understand care instructions and next steps
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with providers and clinic staff to improve patient care
  • Support clinic operations and participate in workflow improvements


RequirementsWhat You Bring

You’re compassionate, adaptable, and committed to helping patients receive quality care—especially in communities that need it most.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
  • Is bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Has Medical Assistant experience or completed MA training coursework
  • Has previous phlebotomy experience
  • Communicates clearly and compassionately with patients
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
