Business Manager/Development DirectorPosition Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing school financial operations, accounting, budgeting, and reporting
Managing FACTS Financial and FACTS SIS transactions and enrollment systems
Coordinating scholarship programs including application processing and records management
Leading advancement and fundraising initiatives, including the Annual Fund campaign
Building donor, alumni, and local business relationships
Developing sponsorship opportunities and increasing community partnerships
Serving as chairperson for the annual DrawDown fundraiser
Supporting student recruitment and enrollment growth efforts
Creating marketing materials, newsletters, bulletin content, social media communications, and website updates
Assisting with annual budgets, long-range financial projections, and strategic planning
Presenting financial reports and supporting Finance Council initiatives
EquipmentUse standard office equipment such as personal computers, printer, copy and fax machines, and telephone.
Travel RequirementsTravels to school district buildings and professional meetings as required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Development, or related field preferred
Experience in accounting, nonprofit administration, fundraising, development, school administration, or advancement work preferred
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and donor stewardship
Experience with FACTS systems is beneficial
Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Must have strong working knowledge of sheets/excel as well as the other programs in Google suite or Microsoft and be able to conduct research as needed.
Must have an understanding and experience with financial/accounting software list that we use ParishSoft.
Responsible for accounts payable and receivable and processing all checks
Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Communications, Development, or related field preferred
Experience:Successful Supervisory experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:Salary $40K or higher based on experience and qualifications.
