We're looking for a Retention Marketing Sr. Manager to join our team and lead email, SMS, and
loyalty marketing across both brands. You'll play a key role in deepening customer engagement,
driving repeat purchases, and optimizing our lifecycle marketing programs. This is a great
opportunity for someone who's data-driven, creative, and ready to make an impact at two beloved
consumer brands.
What You'll Do
? Own the strategy, execution, and performance of all email and SMS marketing campaigns
across Andie and Richer Poorer, from concept to send (including asset coordination, QA,
and scheduling).
? Develop and manage triggered and lifecycle campaigns—welcome, win-back,
post-purchase, loyalty, and beyond—to nurture customers throughout their journey.
? Partner with the ecommerce and creative teams to align the retention calendar with brand
priorities, product launches, and promotional moments.
? Build smart customer segments and audience strategies to deliver personalization that drives
engagement and repeat revenue.
? Design and analyze A/B tests to continuously optimize performance (subject lines, creative,
send times, segmentation, etc.).
? Monitor and report on key metrics—open and click rates, conversion, revenue lift,
unsubscribe rates—and translate insights into actionable strategies.
? Stay on top of industry trends in email, SMS, and loyalty marketing, sharing new ideas and
opportunities to elevate our programs.
? Collaborate cross-functionally with design, copy, and merchandising teams to ensure all
retention marketing reflects the distinct brand voices and aesthetics of Andie and Richer
Poorer.
What We're Looking For
? 5+ years of hands-on experience managing email, SMS, and loyalty programs for consumer
brands (experience with DTC ecommerce preferred).
? Proven success with platforms like Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, etc.
? Strong analytical mindset—you can translate performance data into insights and actionable
recommendations.
? Experience building and growing large-scale customer databases while improving
segmentation and personalization strategies.
? Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced
environment.
? Strong written communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
? A proactive, "get it done" attitude and an eagerness to test, learn, and iterate.
