We are seeking an energetic, connected, and highly entrepreneurial Restaurant Sales & Marketing Director to help drive the growth of two exciting restaurant concepts in Philadelphia.

We're looking for someone who thrives in the community, builds meaningful relationships, develops strategic partnerships, creates unforgettable events, and knows how to turn awareness into revenue. You'll be responsible for driving private dining sales, generating new business, creating innovative marketing campaigns, developing local partnerships, growing guest loyalty, and helping establish these restaurants as must-visit destinations within Philadelphia's dining scene.
What You'll Be Doing
? Driving Private Dining, Group Dining, Buyouts, Catering, and Event Revenue
? Building relationships with corporations, luxury residential communities, hotels, universities, hospitals, and community organizations
? Creating innovative promotions and marketing campaigns that increase traffic, guest frequency, and revenue
? Developing signature events, wine dinners, chef collaborations, tastings, entertainment experiences, and seasonal activations
? Growing social media engagement, digital presence, and brand awareness
? Building and managing a robust guest database and CRM platform to drive repeat business and guest loyalty
? Serving as a visible ambassador throughout the Philadelphia business, hospitality, and social communities
? Developing partnerships that create long-term brand visibility and sustainable revenue growth
Who We're Looking For
You are equal parts salesperson, marketer, relationship-builder, and entrepreneur.
You understand that great marketing isn't just social media—it is creating experiences, building connections, generating excitement, and driving people through the door.
You have a proven track record in restaurant sales, hospitality marketing, catering sales, private dining, events, hotels, lifestyle brands, or luxury hospitality. You are comfortable networking, prospecting, creating partnerships, and making things happen.
Most importantly, you have the grit, hustle, and creativity to build business, not just maintain it.
