Accounting Manager

SNI is excited to partner with a rapidly growing financial services firm seeking an AP/Payroll Accounting Manager. This Dallas based role is in office 5 days a week and requires previous payroll and payables management experience. You will manage a team of 2 and be responsible for full oversite on a small payroll along with partnering with the CFO and Controller to lead all AP efforts. • Extensive experience with payables reporting, streamlining processes, and providing approval for payments
• Managing positive pay,1099’s, new vendor set-up, and ACH vendor audits
• Processing payroll from start to finish for 50+ employees
• Recording payroll journal entries and managing the corporate benefit program
• Preparing W2s, garnishments, and processing bonuses for senior executives
