New Business Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective distributor partners
• Achieve targeted new distributor growth goals each quarter
• Prepare weekly sales forecasts and pipeline updates
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in Salesforce CRM
• Participate in daily sales meetings and business development discussions
• Create and deliver accurate product quotes to customers
• Track and report new business activity and sales performance

Ideal Background

• Business development or outside sales experience
• Experience in manufacturing, commercial truck equipment, trailers, construction, agriculture, or industrial distribution preferred
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and forecasting skills
