Integration Engineer Ivalua
*Description*
TechnoFunctional Consultant - Coupa / ERP Integration
*Our client needs the candidate to be certified in Ivalua (at least 2 certifications)*
*Day to day:* Manage business rules, approval chains, and custom configurations
Support Coupa upgrades and feature enhancements
*Role Summary*
Technofunctional consultant specializing in Coupa (SourcetoPay) and ERP integration, aligning procurement processes with enterprise systems. Expertise in delivering endtoend procurement solutions, system configuration, and seamless data integration between Coupa and ERP platforms.
*Core Responsibilities*
* Functional (Procurement / S2P)
* Gather and document business requirements across S2P lifecycle (ProcuretoPay, Sourcing, Invoicing, Supplier Management)
* Map procurement processes to Coupa and ERP capabilities
* Conduct stakeholder workshops and recommend best practices
* Develop functional design documents and process workflows
*Configure Coupa modules:*
* Procurement (Requisitions, POs, Catalogs)
* Invoicing and Expenses
* Supplier onboarding & portal
* ERP Integration from existing/unknown ERP application to Ivalua P2P
* Integration - configuration - New system ( re-integration from the ground up ) - multiple applications
*Handle data exchange for:*
* Purchase Orders
* Invoices
* Suppliers
* Payments
*Technical & Data Management*
* Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation
* Manage master data (suppliers, chart of accounts, items)
* Support API, flat file, and cXML integrations
* Ensure data consistency across Coupa and ERP
*Testing & Deployment*
* Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing
* Support release management and production deployments
* Identify and resolve defects across systems
*Stakeholder Collaboration*
* Act as liaison between procurement, finance, and IT teams
* Coordinate with ERP teams and external vendors
* Provide status updates, issue tracking, and solutions
*Support & Continuous Improvement*
* Provide postgolive support and system enhancements
* Optimize procurement workflows and automation
* Stay updated on Coupa releases and ERP changes
*Documentation & Training*
* Create BRDs, FDDs, integration specs, and SOPs
* Develop user guides and training materials
* Conduct training sessions for business users

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $90.00/hr.
