Our culinary approach blends global influences—including Puerto Rican, Spanish, French, Italian, and Latin American flavors—to create a distinctive guest experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and contribute to our dynamic tapas program. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about global cuisine and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all kitchen operations and staff
• Execute an infusion-style tapas menu
• Control food costs, inventory, and minimize waste
• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Ensure compliance with all health and sanitation regulations
• Train and mentor kitchen team members

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume or upscale environment
• Culinary arts certification is a plus
• Some knowledge of international cuisines and flavor profiles
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience with cost control and inventory management
• Food safety certification
