JOB SUMMARY: We’re looking for a skilled bookkeeper to accurately manage our financial records, and provide support to our management team. The ideal candidate will have auto dealer bookkeeping experience, good organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Additionally, the individual will have to know and understand DMV and car title processes and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· MANAGE AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE FINANCIAL RECORDS, INCLUDING ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE, PAYROLL, AND GENERAL LEDGER
· RECONCILE BANK STATEMENTS
· PREPARE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, INCLUDING BALANCE SHEETS AND INCOME STATEMENTS
· MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION
· PERFORM ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS AS REQUIRED
