What You’ll Do


  • Payroll: Process monthly and semi-monthly payroll for multiple entities, including payroll tax reconciliation, quarterly/annual filings, and W-2 preparation.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage vendor relationships, process payments, and handle 1099 reporting.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Balance and reconcile multiple bank accounts across entities.
  • Revenue & Receipts: Ensure accuracy by reconciling income and deposits.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and interpret Income Statements and Balance Sheets across several companies.
  • Software Work: Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and robust accounting software to streamline processes.
