Accounting Bookkeeper

We are seeking ​an experienced bookkeeper!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general accounting/daily bookkeeping for several clients
• QuickBooks bank reconciliations & monthly financials
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Help with office phones occasionally

Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge of QuickBooks
• 10 years experience with bookkeeping
• Self-starter, ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple projects at once
• Tax return knowledge preferred
• Computerease or UltraTax experience a plus
• This is primarily an on-site position with some flexibility to work from home
