Location: Alhambra, CA
Compensation: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
Position Overview
Our client, a well-established and mission-driven healthcare organization in Alhambra, is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to support financial and operational decision making through data driven insights. This role will play a key part in analyzing financial performance, improving reporting processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze financial and operational data including provider productivity, revenue cycle performance, payer mix, and key performance metrics
• Develop dashboards, reports, and financial models to support strategic planning and day-to-day operations
• Monitor organizational performance against benchmarks and identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present financial and operational insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives
• Lead and coordinate regulatory reporting requirements (federal, state, and payer-based) ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Drive process improvements and recommend enhanced reporting methodologies
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting requirements
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed
• Support organizational initiatives focused on operational efficiency and financial performance
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare finance, financial analysis, or business analytics
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence tools preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
