What You’ll Be Doing

• Install furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, ductless systems, and IAQ equipment in residential homes
• Fabricate and install ductwork for proper airflow and efficiency
• Perform system startups, charging, testing, and troubleshooting
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and confirm satisfaction
• Work occasional scheduled overtime or weekends as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to read blueprints and installation manuals
• HVAC school or apprenticeship preferred
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Stand, bend, climb, and kneel throughout the day
