Falls City is approximately 90 miles southeast of Lincoln, 50 miles northwest of St. Joseph, Missouri, and 90 miles northwest of Kansas City. The district spans about 200 square miles and includes the communities of Falls City, Rulo, Salem, Preston, Barada, and Verdon. There are five buildings in the district, all located in Falls City.
