Job Title

Min Qualifications:

High School Diploma, current UTMB Student at least half time.

Specific Job Related Duties:

Position requirements will vary by location and may include the following:

  • Word processing, graphic design, clerical duties, PowerPoint and Tegrity demonstration and media specialist database maintenance, scanning of slides, proofreading recruiting materials, entering articles into a literature database, retrieving articles from the library, organizing aspects of literature into summary, build digital archives and charts.
  • Assisting with research, use online and manual library systems to verify bibliographic citations and serial records, variety of functions related to circulation of library materials,
  • student life photography, assist with photo shoots and digital imaging
  • interaction with student and faculty, library assistant
  • student life communications and publication, student life Facebook, collegiate link pages, post items to Exhibio TV system,
  • manage and maintain game room, computer area, common area in Student Center, video games and consoles, open/unlock classrooms, deliver and setup audio and visual equipment, assist service, AV

Salary Range:

SALARY $11.27 - $13.43
