Job Summary: Provide exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers, and team members by performing precise and timely laboratory testing. Communicate results effectively to ordering practitioners with professionalism and accuracy.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in all laboratory testing procedures.
• Perform quality control, quality assurance, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Comply with all regulatory agency guidelines and standards.
• Manage workload efficiently and report any outstanding specimen issues.
• Assist with problem resolution and maintain productivity standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Experience: At least one year of post-training laboratory experience is recommended but not mandatory.

Licenses or Certifications: American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Certification is preferred.

Work Shift: Overnight (4th Shift).

Location: Serving the Midwest region of the United States.
