- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and operating landscaping equipment.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and repair techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
