Job Description

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals and requirements.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the construction process.
• Lead project meetings, facilitating clear communication and decision-making.
