Medical Office Assistant

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and compassionate Front Office Assistant who enjoys staying busy and being part of a dynamic team. This role blends front desk responsibilities with hands-on clinical support, including assisting with TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) and Spravato treatments. If you love multitasking, connecting with people, and being part of a growing practice, this could be a great fit.

$17 hourly

• Welcome patients with a friendly, upbeat attitude and help create a positive first impression
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the daily flow running smoothly
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and handle front office coordination
• Keep patient records accurate and maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Support providers and team members with day-to-day operations
• Assist with TMS treatments, including setting up patients and providing support during sessions
• Help monitor and care for patients receiving Spravato treatment under supervision
• Ensure patients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout their visit
• Keep the office organized, clean, and running efficiently
• Jump in wherever needed—this is a team that helps each other out

• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable working in a mental health setting
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems (or willingness to learn)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in a medical or mental health office
• Familiarity with TMS or Spravato treatments
• Medical Assistant certification
