Certified Medical Assistant
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $22–$25/HR, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:30am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm depending on clinic need.)

TDL Staffing is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join a busy healthcare office in Fairbanks. This position plays an important role in supporting both patients and providers, and is ideal for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities.

Duties include:
  • Taking vitals, blood draws, and brief patient histories
  • Rooming patients and assisting providers as needed
  • Helping set up for chemotherapy treatments
  • Providing backup coverage for the front desk when required
Minimum Requirements:
  • Current Medical Assistant certification
  • Strong interpersonal skills — must be personable, compassionate, and patient-focused
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Background screening is a part of the hiring process for this position
  • Support a drug-free work environment
