Orthocare Medical Equipment is expanding our clinical team and looking for a high-caliber professional who can assist with patient care and thrive in a fast-paced orthopedic environment.

About Orthocare:We are experts in orthopedic durable medical equipment (DME), we have over 3 decades of healthcare industry related experience among management and staff. The wide array of orthopedic products we offer is essential for pre-operative to post-operative surgical procedural care, as well providing comfort and aid in the recovery from injury/surgery.

Location: Keene / Cheshire Medical Center - Lebanon / Dartmouth Medical Center
Hours:8:00 AM 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri


What Youll Do

  • Fit patients with orthopedic DME (OTS orthotics), deliver follow-up care, and educate patients on device use.
  • Conduct patient assessments and support treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate charts, documentation, and physician-aligned care notes.
  • Ensure compliance with coding, documentation, and DME standards.
  • Handle billing paperwork, insurance verification, scanning, system updates, and administrative workflows.
  • Support operational, billing, and inventory needs as required.


What You Bring

  • Healthcare experience preferred (MA, Ortho-Tech, ATC, Clinical Fitter) - We will train passionate candidates
  • Strong communication and patient-interaction skills.
  • Solid problem solving and sound decision-making ability.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and operate independently.
  • Willingness to learn, stay flexible, and work collaboratively.

Requirements

  • Must meet hospital credentialing (Immunizations, TB, Flu).
  • Must pass background check, BEAS check, and drug screening.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform regular standing, walking, and patient interactions.

This position has access to protected health information such as patient demographic information, date of service information, Insurance/billing information, and medical record information. The Clinical Team Manager shall be free of any sanctions or exclusion from the OIG (Office of Inspector General).
