Insurance Business Analyst (Personal Lines)

Insight Global is seeking a Personal Lines Business Analyst for a specialty insurance carrier in Wauwatosa, WI. This is a hybrid opportunity, working 3 days a week on site. The Business Analyst helps connect the business team and the technology team. Their job is to understand what the business needs, turn that into clear instructions for developers, and make sure the final solution works the way it should.

They work on both projects and day-to-day support, focusing on improving processes, making systems work better, and ensuring everything follows insurance rules and regulations

Responsibilitie

• s:Act as the main point of contact between business teams and IT, making sure both sides are aligne
• d.Talk with stakeholders to understand their needs and turn them into clear requiremen
• tsLead meetings to define goals, priorities, and project scop
• e.Write out clear requirements and acceptance criteria so developers know exactly what to buil
• d.Help test systems (User Acceptance Testing) to make sure everything works correctl
• y.Support insurance systems (like policy rating and issuance) and ensure they follow business rules and regulation
• s.Look for ways to improve processes and make workflows more efficien
• t.Communicate updates, risks, and recommendations clearly to stakeholder
• s.Create and maintain documentation and user guide
• s.Support both small and large projects, while also helping with day-to-day system need
• s.Become a go-to expert on specific systems, products, or processe
