Compensation:
Base salary + bonuses + uncapped commission
Year 1: $65K–$90K
Year 2: $100K+
Year 3 Avg: $245K
What you’ll do:
• Train directly under top-performing recruiting leaders (top 1% in the nation)
• Build relationships with executives in the construction & manufacturing industries
• Prospect through calls, email, and networking
• Develop quickly into a full Executive Recruiter (typically within 1–3 months)
What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication skills
• Competitive, driven mindset
• Interest in sales, recruiting, or business development
• Comfortable using Excel and Word
No recruiting experience required.
